Let’s Cheer Each Other On

So ladies I think it’s time to start pushing each other to get active. I think it balances out hormones and also is a great destreaser. It doesn’t have to be a full on workout just something active. Like yesterday I went to run with my dogs and today I washed and scrubbed my tub and man I was tired. I started eatting less carbs and slowly getting back to my routine…… reading also….. if you want to join me everyday we will just add to this post what you did for peace and activity!!! Let’s do this girls

I walked to Target yesterday with my baby girl instead of driving. It felt so nice to relax and enjoy the sunshine instead of just rushing through it because it's an errand.

Accountability number 2- eatting healthy got something nice for my water sinxe all I wanna drink is soda andddd my plan is do laundry after work, walk my dogs, and read to my 11 month old……it’s the little things ladies and I started with a crappy day but it doesn’t have to stay that way…embracing one step at a time new me!!!! How are you queens doing??

Yesterday I had a sister in law date and walked in and out of so many stores. So many steps😍

20min walk in the morning with the little one, eating in a calorie deficit and also trying fasting from 6pm-9am

My partner bought me a book today so I'm hoping to get back into reading! I also played outside with my kids which adds up to about 30 mins of walking around at least 😂

@Laryssa omg I have been wanting to start readying that’s awesome!!!! I cheated today Hahahhaa two days in but I’m doing housework and I outsmarted some people at work so it’s been a good day hahahah
