This looks similar to my case, and I don't believe you're ovulating for this extended period. Could you share your mc/d&c dates? Here's my timeline. 7/11 - D&C 7/22 - Pregnancy test negative, OPK positive. 7-22 to 8/24 - a whole month OPK positive. 8/17 - HCG count in blood was 9 8/19 - first period after d&c My last Opk test on 8/24 was lighter than before, so I think it's been low and dropping slowly. I don't believe it's possible to ovulate for a whole month or many days together. The OPKs show positive when there are traces of HCG in the body which are below 25 and hence aren't getting picked up by pregnancy test kits. Yes it's possible to ovulate when you have HCG, but I don't think these constant positives are from LH.
Also since our cases are similar n uncommon, DM me if you want..so that we can keep each other informed on the experiences and doctors' advise.
Your HCG doesn't have to be at 0 to ovulate some can ovulate really early so if you want to try again around this time you can ,most people it takes months to ovulate after misscarrige so I'd take this opportunity to consieve I get that it could be confusing tho x
