Work from home mamas, tap in!

Daycare. I am a therapist so cannot ask the client to stop crying for a minute so I can change a diaper.

Haha @Tatyana ..the baby might provide some therapy though!

I juggle work and talking care of baby. My husband also works from home so he helps when he can. My MIL also comes twice a week.

@Mary Definitely keeps me in the present moment. Also gave me the best reason to address my screentime 😅❤️

@Brittany almost my exact same situation! I work from home full time, my husband is 2 days a week from home and my mom comes twice a week to help as well 🥰

Daycare. My job requires me to hold meetings and be thorough with my tasks. I can't do that with him at home. Plus he deserves full attention so i feel it's not fair to him because he doesn't understand "mommy is working." All he know is "I need her and she's not attentive."

I do daycare. I can’t split my attention like that and succeed as either an employee or a mother. It’s been really good for my mental health too. I am able to comfortably focus on just one thing either work or baby because of daycare

Daycare, no way I would be able to focus on work.

We have a sitter/nanny who comes to our house. My husband and I agreed we don’t want our girls in daycare until they can communicate consistently. The girls love her, I get to see them on my breaks, and I’m close by in case of emergencies.

Thank you all for sharing your situations. I currently work from home too and watch my bb. Occasionally my sis in law will come and watch him too. But he’s turning one This week and getting busy. My MIL may be able to help soon. What do you guys think about a day care center where they would also have rooms for work area….you can do your work and be able to still pop in and out of the other rooms where your child is, breastfeed if you need to, etc. it would almost be like working at a cafe but near your child, also if you need to take zoom calls or what now you have the space to do so…thoughts?
