I got pregnant the month after my miscarriage with my now 6.5 month old rainbow baby. So yup can happen.
You could definitely be pregnant again. It's not uncommon to get pregnant again before your first period after a miscarriage. My doctor told me that the main reason they say to wait is because it makes it easier to date the pregnancy without having to order an ultrasound.

I ovulated 2 weeks after my miscarriage which was confirmed with ovulation sticks. So it’s possible!
@Desiree can I please ask did you end up testing positive? Or did you get your period yet? I’m in exactly the same boat right now, trying so hard not to overthink:/ x
My period ended up coming just late.
I suspect you are ovulating now. I had ewcm a few weeks after miscarriage and thought I might be ovulating but it was a false alarm and I ovulated properly two weeks after that. The body sends lots of confusing signals after miscarriage.
