Hugs!! It’s really a very minor fix but vitamin deficiency can make it hard to fall pregnant. You definitely need Vit D but your individual body may need certain other vitamins. For me I believe a Vit B complex made the difference

I was suggested to take extra vitamin D on top of the prenatal vitamins

I’m so sorry you are going through this. I had 3 losses in a row and my Dr scheduled numerous blood tests. I had insufficient vitamin D as well as a mild form of APS

hey my dear, big hugs from me. i had my 4th miscarrige in a row and i feel you! i know it's hard but don't let it get you down. try to go to TCM and they can help you find the reason and how to eat. if you can not affort it, there are also online tests you can do and see what you should and shouldt eat 💖

Hi lovely! Firstly, sorry for your loss and sending you love💗 What I think helped me massively getting pregnant back in December (unfortunately lost the baby too) and then again in May was Vitamins and LH tests. I tried many and found that these I’ll link here, were the absolute best. Temperature didn’t work with me because my body would change temperature all cycle and it would rise even when I wasn’t ovulating. Another thing was that both my husband and I took these vitamins: Me: Folic Acid, Zinc, Omega 3, Iron and CoQ10. Husband: Folic Acid, Zinc, Omega 3, Iron, CoQ10 and Maca Root. There’s so much resource on these especially CoQ10 and how good it is for egg quality. Hope this all helps because I know the pain! Xxx https://amzn.eu/d/00gBzZKc

@Moon yeah take that and folic acid still xx

@mary with my son I have 3 rounds of IVF then fell naturally with him so it’s very difficult xx

@Giulia yeah will just carry on do these as well husband is on tablets that helped when we conceived our son will just have to carry on and hope xx

I’m really sorry for your loss! 💗 I went through two miscarriages myself and it’s the hardest. I recommend on top of all the nutrition suggestions above, give yourself the time to heal and release grief. So you can enjoy your next pregnancy and you won’t have the fear that it will happen again. I did lots of alternative therapy… family constellations, Colour Mirrors therapy and Access Consciousness Bars. Try whatever calls you, trust your intuition. Once I healed emotionally, I stopped “obsessing” about getting pregnant 😅 and it just happened. Hope this helps a bit. Thinking of you 🫶

Traditional Chinese medicine is the only thing that helped me to get pregnant. It was expensive but really worked. Weekly acupuncture and gross herb teas everyday. The research supports this and every midwife I have had, has said that they believe it works too.
