@Soleil it's the exercise I need as if I don't do enough my leg flares up or I'd I don't it flares up I need a happy medium I'm doing the best I can food wise, had no choice as beginning of year had high cholesterol. As both eating better and exercise helped before but due to dodgy leg it's always been an issue but I'm older now, not sure if that makes a difference.
@Becky thank you I havnt rode my bike for years lol. And my excise bike is too tall 🙈 but I did manage to find a low impact YouTube video don't laugh 😃 ( for the elderly and mobility issues) which helped yesterday so maybe do that then step it up bit by bit.
Hey Haley!xx PT here. Food is everything. Protein will curb your cravings and appetite. If you cannot train a lot during the week, walking lots will help. From the food front, Whole Foods, such as fruits and vegetables are so important, which minimizes processed foods, that can still keep you constantly hungry. I have had 2 kids already. Sometimes training heavily and eating super clean is IMPOSSIBLE. Less processed is better. Your metabolism will improve and process food better leading to weight loss. Everyone’s body’s are different. Someone’s training/eating won’t work ok everyone.
