It’s 4.99 a month , I also have the app but I cancelled the subscription to the app because honestly the content on Home is way better and a lot cheaper
I find it to be worth 4.99 I started using grow with Jo since the 6 of may and I went from 91kg to 86 today just by doing 45’ of her exercices everyday
And being in a calorie deficit obviously, I don’t get bored or frustrated while I am doing her exercises , there’s monthly accountability calls, this month she’s doing 1 call every Monday
And there’s a monthly schedule with workouts to do everyday
And I used to go to the gym everyday with little results and I now regret paying £400 for a yearly subscription when maybe GWJ was enough?

@Cristiana - thanks again for the info. I am not looking for getting another app, though. I just am looking to connect with other moms on here to 1. hold myself accountable but also 2. to simply connect with moms and talk to others 🙂
