Missing periods?

Back story/ Before i was even pregnant I hardly ever had periods! Ever. I started having them when i was about 12 and they stopped randomly at the age of 16, I talked to many doctors and switched to different type of pills to try and re gain the period back occasionally i would spot here and there but I would never have a full on period (which in some case is nice, but when i know im supposed to have one the cramps & moodiness gets omn) Miscarriage/ My first period came back after i had a miscarriage back in 2023. It was the first time i had even been pregnant.. I find out the same week I lost it. It was the worst.. Pregnancy/ I got pregnant again a month later after having the miscarriage (not knowing it was possible to even happen that fast) I carried her until 8 months she healthy as can be! I ended up getting sick and was diagnosed with DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) Where i had a huge blood clot in my left leg & in both of my lungs. Post opp/ I had a C section and bleed for about 4 weeks almost, and i continued to have periods then all of a sudden they stopped again i’ve missed 3 so far, So 3 months.. I talked to my doctors again and they ran tests i’m not pregnant or anything they just vanished again. So now they are back putting me on pills again and i still don’t have an answer to why i don’t have one. Does anyone else have anything similar? I hate not having one because i am still sexually active with my husband of course so when my time of the month is supposed to start and it doesn’t i freak out occasionally.. I don’t understand everyone Woman i know has them and then there’s me ?
