Loneliness

Does anyone else feel so lonely being pregnant? I feel like I see no one. I’ve been signed off work since 12 weeks and found out yesterday it’s unsafe for me to go back until after I’ve had the baby. Don’t get me wrong I love spending time with my 2 year old but I feel though shes the only person I see? My BD is out with work tonight and usually it doesn’t bother me but I don’t know if today I’m just hormonal or what but I’m so fed up and so lonely. I love being a mum but wow I never realised how lonely and isolating it can be.

Awh bless you, I understand how you feel it’s definitely feels lonely, I’m currently 22 weeks but when I hit 12 weeks onwards I had at least one breakdown a day, it’s just me as baby dad doesn’t want to know, it’s definitely a different type of lonely x

Oh my heart goes out to you, I’m also signed off work due to complications. Please do message me if you would like someone to talk to who somewhat understands , although I don’t have any other children, I do also feel the loneliness being home a lot now. Keep your head up 🥰

@Chels hope he comes round I do think it may be different when your baby comes It’s just hard not to be resentful if you’ve been left to go through the journey alone 🥰 all the best xxx

And re loneliness I’m beginning to think it’s one of the many symptoms!!! At least we have this platform and it’s easy to make connections x

Stay strong 🤍💖🤍
