Does anyone know of any afternoon playgroups?? I can only ever find morning ones! Preferably on Tuesday/thursday/friday. (My little one is nearly 2 for preference)

4 month sleep regression
Hey mamas, Anyone hitting the 4 month sleep regression? My little boy went from sleeping 9-12hrs at night a few weeks ago, now he sleeps between 7.30pm & 9pm but wakes around 12am & 3-5am and won’t go back to sleep unless he’s been fed.. Swimming classes at Sovereign Centre
Hi, has anyone done baby or toddler swimming classes at the Sovereign Centre in Eastbourne? Would you recommend them? Is the water of comfortable temperature (e.g. we find the Freedom Leisure one in Hailsham a bit too cold)? Thanks!
