Toddler doesn’t eat much but will eat breakfast/snacks and maybe half a dinner a day. However she’s still passing hard/dark pebbly stools, I’ve swapped her milk to lactose free and that hasn’t helped, she drinks a lot of water and she’s active I’m not sure what else it could be😭

My toddler has been pooing 4+ times a day for about a week now. It’s absolutely exhausting!! She normally does 1-2 per day max. Nothing has changed with her diet, she is well within herself so don’t think it’s a stomach bug. Any ideas?

If your babies have reflux, what have you done to manage it? My baby has it for more than 2 months and everyone keeps saying it's normal but I wonder if that's what's been keeping her unsettled. She spits up more frequently before and nowadays she seems to swallow them instead and showing symptoms of silent reflux.
