Hydration

My little girl is just over 8 months and has been nursing less now that she's eating solids. Should I be supplementing something for her hydration? Is she too young to drink water?

You can give a baby water at 6 months

But like only in small amounts. A baby can’t handle constant water. The nursing she is doing should be enough for her hydration. She’s most likely nursing when she’s thirsty but eating solids when she’s hungry.

Yes, you should give sips of water with meals, especially high fibre meals. A couple of ounces at a time is fine and it doesn't have to be distilled or sterilized.
