Growing sch?

I’ve been bleeding a lot since I was 5 weeks pregnant. Usually when it happens I bleed REALLY heavy for a couple hours then it calms down and I start spotting. I’ve been to get it checked after everytime after the last one (the other night I was at the hospital yesterday) I got told it was growing and im at higher risk of a miscarriage. But by the time I got to the hospital the bleeding had stopped but they seen the growth on the scan. I’ve just woke up to more bleeding and I don’t know what to do. I know they can’t really do anything and wouldn’t scan or anything for another 7 days. I’ve tried contacting my midwife but I don’t see much of her. I’ve got really bad cramps and honestly I’m scared 💔 what do I do

Not all are the same, but I had one around 7 weeks where it was slow bleed for about day (which i assumed i was going to lose the pregnancy) but doctors said there was still signs of growth in the fetal sack, so they said high chance of miscarriage, but could still be successful. Then at 15 weeks i had a very intense burst of blood with multiple gushes where I lost a fairly large chunk of tissue (looked like a slice of someone's kidney). It landed me in the ER. They said baby looked fine. When I saw the MFM doctor (since i was already high risk due to my daughter being born at 33w3d) they explained there's really nothing you can do to prevent them from growing and/ or bursting. Also that the tissue that fell out was probably the sch but that doesn't mean it won't grow back and that it could happen again. I'm just over 22 weeks now and (thankfully) no more bleeds yet, but still worried it will randomly happen again. (I'm a high school teacher and it happened out of no where while I walking around my classroom)

Based off what my high risk doctors said, you have no control or impact on the outcome of this pregnancy when it comes to sch, so just try not to stress yourself out about it and let nature take it's course <3 good luck on your journey, mama!
