Overreacting?
My partner, not only does he constantly give the excuse of: “you’re at work so I don’t call you all day-YET he knows my schedule.” But today calls and says that he has another of his migraines (which I understand is painful) and he might be snappy at me when he gets home. So I ask him if I should go home or stay at my parents house, he responds: “oh, I’d like you come home but I might be alittle idk 🤷🏻♂️ .” Of course I don’t want to go home and be a punching bag for him. Then he backtracks and apologizes but I already said I’ll stay home and put our daughter to bed.

It’s alittle meaner with his tone. But we ended up chatting about it when he got off work. Just was feeling frustrated.

Honestly I think that was good communication on his part, he informed you he has a migraine and that he'll be snappy. So you know what to expect Now I don't know what "snappy" looks like for him, in my experience, it just means slightly off. A migraine does not give him an excuse to use you as a punching bag...
