Umm I hope so 😂 I’ve used them in my last pregnancy. He’s perfectly fine. Also I had an Epsom bath last night. They’re great for aches & cramps I really wouldn’t know what to do without them lol. Unless the NHS specify not to use them I’d ignore every other scaremongering website! Magnesium deficiency can cause all sorts of symptoms in pregnancy, including headaches, insomnia, cramp and oedema (swelling) and so taking a supplement such as this, massaging magnesium oil into the skin or soaking in regular Epsom salts baths can bring much relief to pregnant women. - this is from northsurreymidwives.co.uk ! Enjoy your baths ✨

Thank god because I seriously need them 😂😂xx

@Rachel I didn’t even think to check to be honest you’re better than me! 😂

Might be a silly question but can I have a bath?! Missing them so much but couldn't figure out if they were ok or not!

@Sally yeah just as long as not too hot and the general advice is no scented bubble bath etc xx

@Rachel where did you read you can’t have scented bubble bath? This is news to me - I always use scented bubble bath. I don’t go by any other website but the NHS

The only thing I can think would be because of thrush & irritation?? But then I’ve always used scented and never had a problem. I’ll probably have a problem now 🤣

@Sally has to be not hotter than 38c. It’s too cold for me lol And yes you can use the salts

I was told by my midwife to avoid due to increased risk of thrush etc from scented products

I’ve always used bubble baths (not cheap ones admittedly) and lush bath products / bombs and have been fine so far on this one and in the last pregnancy. I guess that’s more personal preference rather than harm to your baby! The bath temp being up to 37 is really crucial though 🤞🏼

Yeah it's ok just don't use a whole bag pmsl 😂

@Nina I’m livid, I honestly would kill for a bubble bath but I’m too worried now cos of what she said 😂 guarantee I’d do it once and get thrush 😂😂

@Rachel you should be fine just don't use loads of it lol 😆 😂
