I'm still in the no sleep club! And the nights he does sleep better (4-5 hours max) I usually can't sleep myself 🤣 typical xx
My 4 month old does 2.5h stretches max despite trying all the advice (lots of day feeds, right temperature, white noise, swaddle, bath, routine, sleep pressure, etc.). Thought we were doing something wrong as majority of the posts talk about 4h+ stretches! 😅 I think issue is inability to self-settle…
🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️ I’m here a total zombie as we currently seem to be on 1-2 hour stretches so that’s super fun haha
Does your baby naps well during the day?
Mine sleeps ok during the night but there’s no way to get him to take a decent nap at home so I’m with a very grumpy and overtired baby all day and have no time to do much 😅
I'm exactly the same! Mine does his best stretch of sleep before 12!
Awww the sleep deprivation is real but it’s nice to know we’re not alone! We will get there girls I’m sure 🫶🏻 @Silvia he’s hit and miss with naps.. some days he’s pretty good, others just half hours here and there haha. But yes I feel you with the grumpiness he’s defo like that on his short naps 🙈
@Beth haha my LB gave me a random 6hrs once and i woke twice to check on him as i was like this isn’t normal.. never did I see that 6hr stretch ever again 🤣🤦🏼♀️
@courtney @Hannah those nights defo are the worst!! It’s hard to function on that the next day 💀💀
@Alex honestly barely alive today🤣
@Hannah hahaha girl I feel you! Hang in there 😅💪🏼
We are every 2 hours
Totally in this club! I’m always in complete disbelief when people say their babies are sleeping from 9pm-6am with no wake ups whatsoever!! I’m like how?!? My 14 week old will randomly do a 6 hour stretch, but most of the time it’s 3 hours 🥲
Thank you for this post! 😴😭😴🥴😭😴🥴😴😭😴🥴

I think they just vary so much, not sure why! Mine rarely naps in the day unless in the car and occasionally the pram. She was awake every 2 hours at night until 13 weeks when she started doing 9.30-3.30 but that was 2 weeks ago now it's more like 10-5am then 6-8am. Not sure she's getting enough sleep?!
@Hannah is he feeding each time?
@Claire not every time but sometimes just has like 1oz then drifts back off, it seems to be the only thing that sends him back off, we've tried a dummy, shhing, rocking ect.. he is going through leap 4 currently so thinking that's why as he's not always woke this much, it's just in the past week or so x
Me! And he's currently waking between every 45 mins to 1.5 hrs 🫠🥲
