We’ve been doing bedtime later by 15 minutes each night since Saturday. We only had a change in wake up this morning - he woke at 5:45 instead of 5:15/30. No clue if it’s actually working or a one off. Bedtime will be 45mins-1 hour later tonight again so will let you know tomorrow. X
You could try pushing bed time back slowly but other times they just adjust as is and may take a while. We're not going to change anything as she struggles with that, so we'll just peddle back if and as we need to going forward xx
It will be, until the new routine sets in which may take a few days or a week. You can try and pre empt it by doing a later routine a day or a few days before. We are going to do nap half an hour later and bed a full hour later on the night of the change and see if that shifts him an hour later in the morning or not
