I found hiring the hospital grade pump really helped us, called medela symphony, it’s by far the most comfortable and strong breast pump and I’ve tried a few! It’s about £50 a month to hire it but to me well worth it. I was c section too and really struggle to feed after so the pump was essential just wish I’d got it straight away

Oh wow thank you!

Momcozy worked well for me x

Just used the Elvie hands free. I was breastfeeding in recovery an hour after surgery. Your milk supply, regardless of your birth method, comes in a few days after the placenta is detached. That’s what triggers the hormones for milk, whether naturally or in surgery, but you’ll have a few days of colostrum. Ask for help straight away from h to midwives in recovery, they will get your breastfeeding as soon as you can xx

@Sarah oh insightful thank you 💖💖🫶🫶

I had a c section and my milk supply was low in the beginning. I am using momcozy v2 breast pump and it seems to have increased my supply. However I am also drinking alot of water, eating proteins etc so aid to that.
