How are you all adjusting your babies to clocks changing this weekend?

Are you doing gradual approach now or just hitting it in one go? How are you managing sleep, naps and feeds? We’ve started the gradual approach but it feels weird to also be shifting her feeds because by Saturday night she’ll be almost a whole hour later than normal and I don’t think she’s going to take that well!

Think I’m going to try and push bedtime back half an hour, then hope he was up half an hour later in the morning (multiple wakes for feeds in the night anyway!) then push each of the three naps back by 10 mins so that we’re back on normal time? Can’t remember what I did with my first!

Ngl I am just hoping for the best. Her feeding & nap schedule is all over the place at the moment with no routine. She's in the middle of sleep regression so nothings working atm anyway so just winging it

@Clare I'm with you on that!

@Hattie it's the only way ahhaha

I have flown back and forth between England and Germany (1 hour difference) and my little girl has always adjusted fine after a few days. So I’m not doing anything extra/different with the clocks changing

I’m just going to let it sort itself out to be honest, my son is all over the place at the moment with his sleep and feeds so I probably won’t even notice 😅

Sleeps terrible in this house so I’m thinking I’ll just leave it?? Or maybe put her to bed a 30-60 mins later sat / sun

We are crap sleepers so just going to follow his lead and see where it takes us 🫠

Honestly, just gonna ride the wave x

I’m doing nothing either , I don’t think it would make a difference anyway. Unless you have a regulated great sleeper on your hands .. which I do not 🤣

We don't have a routine, I've tried a few times but if she doesn't want to sleep she won't 🙃 so I'm going to do what I do with her every night. I really don't care about the time difference in the morning as she doesn't have a set wake up and go either, thankfully 😴

I'm just winging it
