Waking an hour before bottle

My LO is 6months old she always wakes at 4am then wil go back once she has her dummy but then will wake again at 5 for a bottle. I’m getting up at 4am everyday as there’s no point going back to sleep for an hour? She goes to bed at 6:30 and wil stir around 2ish just for her dummy . Any tips?

Give her the bottle at 4AM?

Why not just give her the milk at 4am?

Either offer bottle at 4am or you could try to start weaning off dummy so she’s not waking looking for it.

I'd give her the bottle at 4am and you'll probably find she sleeps til 6am

Mine does the same. I give him his bottle at 4:30am while he’s asleep, and he’s back to bed soon after. He also wakes for his pacifier too. I will need to ween soon

@Aisha 4am is super early to start my day though. My alarm goes off at 5 to get up for work. Will she eventually stop waking for this bottle?

Yeah I understand, it is early. I wake up at 5:30 for work but I usually go back to sleep for like 30 mins. She will start sleeping through the night but I’m not sure when :/ I want that too!

If you give her bottle at 4 she might sleep till 6 or more. Even if you start your day at least she can be sleeping while you focus on your stuff. You could also try moving her bedtime one hour later.
