I don’t exclusively pump and my elvie is still going strong. I haven’t tried anything else so I don’t have anything to compare it to. It does occasionally have small leaks if I bend over slightly but I don’t think any hands free ones are perfect. I bought it brand new, factory seals on OfferUp for 1/3 of the price. Even if I paid full price, very worth the $ compared to when I had to site down with my spectra. Cleaning the parts is a tiny bit of a hassle.

So when you say hands free, do you want a wearable or a more portable pump? I have the Pumpables Geinie advanced and love it, I pump the same amount as my Spectra with it so when I go on short trips I bring it. I also have a wearable Momcozy S9 and it works good but it's SO hard to line up your nipple correctly and if it's even the slightest bit off no milk at all will come out. I use this one when I drive bc its less bulky.
