Milk question
Ok so my baby is nearly 5 months we will be weeing soon. She is currently on aptimal milk but number 1 obviously.. when do we change to number 2? 6 months?

Never change, there is no need.
No need. Follow on milks are just a money making scheme by formula companies
@Rebecca I thought this but cow & gate follow on milk is actually cheaper than first infant milk 😂
@Rebecca it's because they can't advertise formula for under six months (it's against the law) so they created follow on milks to be able to advertise them
I never changed to number 2 milk with my formula babies. Number 1 is good for their first year then start with cows milk at 12 months

At NHS midwives and also midwives from Parent+Baby course told us to never switch to the follow-on milk. They were concerned about the fact it contains too much fat. We were told to stick with number 1.
