Night Feeds

Hello Ladies - hope you can give me your thoughts. So by now, our babies are 4-5 months old and many of us must be enjoying the fact that babies have started sleeping through the night. When your little one has slept for 7-9hrs and let’s say they had slightly less milk the previous day, do you wake them at night to feed? I read in one of the books that we should let them sleep for a minimum of 8hrs and not interfere as it impacts their circadian rhythm. What are your thoughts? At which point do you wake them at night to feed, if at all?

I never wake up. She’ll wake up when hungry or make up for it the next day.

We feed at 7:30 and put her down. Dream feed at 10:30 and she sleeps until 8

My little one slept 6.30pm - 6am last night, and his last bottle was at half 5. Baby will definitely wake when they are hungry!

Ok - thanks ladies. Good to know.
