Sleep
We have a couple of weeks of sleeping through and then suddenly she wakes in the night again, at least once I have to get her up for an hour or so as she will not go back to sleep straight away, constantly switching it up and sending me into a false sense of security ha and it's frustrating!

@Jessica this has been happening at least a few nights for the last 3-4 weeks!!! What did you do whilst baby is awake? I literally just sit in the dark with her, trying to rock her, feed or settle back to sleep but it is a killer!!! I’m feeling more tired than I did at the newborn stage x
I do the same it’s so frustrating! I think if we’re up for that length of time again I’m going to bite the bullet and get up and go downstairs and let her play whilst I have a brew! X
