Nasal spray or nose drops my baby has a bad blocked nose and so far the spray has done nothing

We use the drops throughout the day when needed and then again before bath time. We also used snuggle babe menthol bubbles in her bath to try and help clear her nose and use some vapour rub before bed too. If my little one is really bunged up we use a few drops of olbas oil to help her through the night x
@Laura how do u use the Vapor rub on ur baby?
I've been rubbing a little onto the soles of her feet and chest after she comes out of the bath. If she's really struggling I put a wee smudge on the tip of her nose aswell x
