baby not sleeping through the night

PLEASE tell me im not the only one whose baby isn't sleeping through the night yet?! i feel like i keep seeing people talk about their babies sleeping from 7pm-7am and while im so happy for them, im also insanely jealous 😂 on a good night my baby will only wake up once, but most of the time it's 2-3 times! we have a good routine of him going to bed between 7 and 8, but his wake up time can vary any time between 6am and 9am! he always wants fed during the night! i probably am seeing the minority, but it would be nice for some reassurance 🫣

Definitely not minority babies tummies are tiny and do need to feed regularly Spectrum of sleep is so wide! It can change all the time Hang in there :)

I'm still up every 1.5/2 hours! You are absolutely not the only one! Baby knows what they need (even if that is sometimes just a cuddle) and they will do what's right for them (not you unfortunately)

My boy doesn't sleeping through the night. We have 2 wake ups between 7pm-7am x

Definitely same here! He's also going through some mad regression where he's now just not going down to sleep easily and I'm losing my mind

My daughter’s out of the sleep regression now but we’re still getting multiple wakes some nights. She goes down between 7-8pm and wakes between 6-7am. Babies sleeping through at this age are definitely the minority x

I have twins and I’ve got both sides happening. Baby B very often sleeps through the night. Baby A often wakes up 2-3 times and almost always at least once. Same bedtime routine but different results.

My baby is up all night every night and will only sleep on my chest!

We still have a 10pm and a 5am feed which I consider night wake ups x

I Cosleep and breastfeed so my LO is suckling away all night every night 😂😂 it’s like a buffet for him so he’s defo not sleeping all night 😂 remember everyones situation and everyone’s baby is different, regardless of your set up you’re doing a great job xx

My baby teased us with sleeping 8-10 hour stretches every night for a few weeks when she was four months old..now we're back to a four hour block, followed by 1-2 hours for the rest of the night 🫠 it's absolutely exhausting and I feel like it's going to break me!

My baby goes to sleep around 7:30pm and wakes around 12:30am & 4am for a feed…then she’s up for the day between 7-8am. You’re definitely not in the minority! Some babies just sleep better than others x

@Lucy that's pretty much exactly what my baby is like! we have some nights where the first feed is dropped, but he pretty much always wakes up around 4/5am regardless of when he was last awake. i feel like he's trying to start the day then, but i have to put a firm stop to that 😂

Should say baby equivalent of all night is between 5-7 hours so they could already be doing it! My girl comes to bed when we do and regularly hits this overnight

We're on 4-10 wake ups per night since the regression with no signs of improvement!

Were up at the moment twice for feeds, one big one and one little as well as a few to just pop the dummy back in - he has previously slept through the night and has also had nights were he’s fed up to 6 times and/or woken up like 20 times. I find with sleep there’s always something that makes it go off track again in the first year; teething, colds, regressions, growth spurts - so just because your baby is or isn’t sleeping through now doesn’t mean they won’t tomorrow, next week or next month!

My boy never sleeps through the night, I'm up and down all night with him at the moment x

Mine doesn’t (3/4 wake ups) and will only sleep 9 hours so slowly moving her bedtime back each night and trying to get another nap in the day (she’s a cat napper or fighting all naps atm) as getting 5am wake ups too to start the day 🙃

Ours wakes 3-6 times your definitely not the only one
