How to put baby to sleep
My 4.5 month old has pretty much always breastfed to sleep but this hasn’t been working for us that well the past month. Sometimes she will feed and stay awake afterwards making her overtired. Rocking her only works sometimes too.
I’m fed up of it now. It’s made our days so much harder.
How do you put your baby to sleep.
I need some help as I’m just getting so frustrated

We did the pick up put down method for a few nights and just accepted we’d not get much sleep for those nights. Worked well and now at 5 months he puts himself to sleep really well x
Rock him mine was always not a good sleeper I always rock him he’s 11 months x
