Breastfeeding low milk

Baby is 4 weeks old and I have tried to breast feed and baby isn’t latching to well however I am pumping and baby will have that, however I am not producing much milk and want baby to keep having breast milk but fear I’m not producing enough to do so. Does anyone know if there is anything I can do to help increase breast milk?

I was always told that if baby is content and not loosing weight then they are likely getting enough. What helped me to increase my supply was to pump straight after a feed for about 10mins on each breast. I did it for about a month then I could feel my supply regulated and there was as enough for me to stop pumping. I also drank a lot of Hottea Mama milk tea.

Have you contacted your feeding response team? They are fantastic at checking latch & reassuring!

@Jodie I am seeing my health visitor tomorrow so is on my list to ask thank you
