Help!

I used the purple lanisoh cream or there was a honey one I got on amazon and worked wonders for me. I also found less is more. I thought lather it on it would heal quicker but it was better when I put less on. Good luck xx

Silver nipple shields! I used these in the early days and cracked them out again recently when my little girl bit me a few times while being unwell…not cracked nipples but I did have a lil cut and they were v sore. I used the silver cups in between feeds and it helped them heal.
