Car seats

Looking at car seats and is it worth getting the 360 ones? There’s a considerable price difference so wondering if the 360 feature is really worth it? No

From reading on car seat safety the 360 ones don’t offer the best / safest fits for newborn even tho they are advertised suitable for newborns they don’t especially if your baby ends up being on the smaller side. We’ve went for the avionaut pixel pro it is more expensive but it’s one of the most recommended car seats and we drive a lot of motorways, tbh wish we went for the avionaut sky as we will RF until an extended rear facing seat is maxed out x

Avionaut cosmo is the best for infant carrier safety - you should join ERF car seat safety fb page. If I had my time again (first time buying car seats) I would have loved to be on that page / know about itn

I would say it’s worth the extra money, we had a cybex 360 baby seat & now have a greco 360 toddler seat. I have found it so much easier for getting my little one in & our the car, especially now he’s bigger & not always keen on being put in the car

We have the Graco 360 car seat too for our toddler son and I absolutely love it! And he always seems so comfortable in it as well. Plus it’s a bit elevated on the base so it helps the toddler look outside the window which is great!

Omg yes!! A 360 seat is a game changer. Will make your life so much easier. I’ve got a couple Joie 360 ispin’s. Highly recommend. Not sure about all the 360 seats, but mine start at newborn and last will into toddlerhood. So you don’t have to replace the chair as your baby grows.

I wish I had gotten a 360 with my first baby from the start!!! It would have saved my back 😅😅😅 I have one for my toddler now and couldn’t live without it!

360 definitely for the win x

Personally no. They dont give a good new born fit and an infant carrier would be best. There are a few infant carriers on a 360 base like the maxi cosi one. I also found them a lot harder to get toddler into and have since purchased a britax and axkid rear facing seat which have very low sides which my now 4 year old can happily climb into. X

There are plenty of newborn isize 360 car seats out there, and it was a feature we definitely wanted to make it easier to get out of and into the car.

3 years on from 1st baby, still love the 360 feature

I love my 360. I have the Silver Cross one which goes from birth to 12 years and rear faces until 4 years. It also has a very high safety standard and has the side impact features too so is apparently one of the safest

As someone who struggles with back pain I wish I had used a 360 from earlier with my daughter. I have the Pebble 360 for my little boy due in Jan.
