Supplement for Lactation

Hey moms!!! Anyone have experience with supplements for lactation ?? I produce about an ounce an hour and I do pump here and there …I feel like I produce just enough for my baby but I wanna be able to make a surplus of supply to be able to store as backup in my freezer. What works for you to make A LOT of breastmilk???

Following because I also want to know what supplements help!🥰

I know when I ate oatmeal for a week I got 5 ounces after pumping both sides for 30 minutes and my friend told me oatmeal lactation cookies from Walmart really helps

Boobie body superfoods is amazing I was struggling at the beginning and after I started taking the protein shake I was able to start freezing bags because of overproduction. You can buy it on Amazon or target and there’s different flavors. My favorite is vanilla cookie https://amzn.to/3A0DNx1

Mother’s milk tea worked well for me! Also lactation cookies.

Hi! Lactation cookies really help! ☺️

Fatty fish like Salmon and Sardines Whole grains, seeds and legumes Lactation cookies (you can buy some or make them at home and freeze them) Electrolytes Coconut water Nutritional yeast (Controversial: zero alcohol beer it worked great for me, but some say to avoid it even if it's zero alcohol for the 0.5% it contains) You should try everything and see what works best for you until your production stabilizes. Electrolytes and coconut water werena must for me, I could feel the difference.

I recently started having smoothies with 1/4 cup of oats, 1 tablespoon flaxseed, and 1 tablespoon brewers yeast incorporated in them and my milk comes in a lot quicker now
