Why has my baby got green poop? She is 12 weeks and EBF. She doesn’t seem in any sort of discomfort but has had this over the last 2 days

Is she Ill? If not then it will be because of your diet. Are you eating enough fats? I had this when I went onto a low fat diet because of my gallbladder

Super common and nothing to be worried about. It’s likely related to your diet. I eat a lot of green vegetables (salads, peas, broccoli) and my LO frequently has green poops.
