No more sleep š
I need some help! My baby is 8m and he has always slept through the night like always! For about 4 nights now he will wake up at 2/3am and not sleep until 6am idk what it is heās always tired when itās time for bed any suggestions?
Ps. He doesnāt know how to self soothe he feeds to sleepā¦ maybe thoughts on sleep training?š¬

Thatās how my son has been lately. I started feeding him oatmeal with his last bottle at night and now he sleeps through the night again. Idk if thatāll help you but itās definitely helped me
My 8 month has been like this lately too! We put her to sleep but 30mins to an hour later, she wakes up crying and needs constant reassurance and help. And sometimes wakes up in the middle of the night
