No more sleep 😭

I need some help! My baby is 8m and he has always slept through the night like always! For about 4 nights now he will wake up at 2/3am and not sleep until 6am idk what it is he’s always tired when it’s time for bed any suggestions? Ps. He doesn’t know how to self soothe he feeds to sleep… maybe thoughts on sleep training?😬
