Hates being put down

First time mum to a 8 week old little boy, I’m struggling with getting baby down in Moses basket when asleep I’ve tried every trick in the book but everytime I put him down he wakes straight away. I’ve tried putting him down drowsy but again soon as I do he starts what looks like fighting for his life. Even when awake I’ll put him on his play mat to go get dressed he will just scream till I pick him up again. He’ll sleep in his pram on walks but as soon as we stop/ get home he’ll wake. He likes being in a baby carrier but again as soon as I stop moving he was I’m lost on what to do it’s been 3 days since I’ve brushed my hair as he’s on me 24/7 and when he’s down I use that 5 minuets to wash and sterilise bottles or put some laundry on.

Do you have a baby swing that he can go in? My baby was like this and if i put him in the swing he would stay asleep!

Have you tried pulling up the crib or bassinet and having it near your bed? I Jerry rigged my crib so it was legit attached to my bed (I had a Velcro baby too) I would snuggle up next to her until she was so conked I could blow gently on her face and then I would slowly back out of the crib and withdraw for sweet sleeps in the bed.

Also it may be worth finding an infant chiropractor?

I haven’t got a swing but do have a chair that bounces and I’ve got the Rockit for the pram which used to work but doesn’t seem to help no more. I’ll have a look into baby swings any recommendations? X

We found a mama roo swing on fb marketplace it has multiple settings and a sound machine attached!
