Chemical pregnancy or spotting?

Hi girls, I'm not even sure what i want to get out of this i guess just looking to see if anyone has been through anything similar.. i found out i was pregnant with baby number 2 on the 11th October clear blue 1-2 weeks. I had pink discharged when i wiped on the evening of the 21st and had new and old blood when i wipe since yesterday (22nd) i had another positive pregnancy test yesterday morning clear blue 2-3 weeks. I called 111 who booked me an appointment at urgent care. The dr was awful if I'm honest. He basically turned around and said well we've done 2 pregnancy tests and both are negative, he gave me no advice on what to expect next. I got home and did another test myself which was again positive. I did another this morning, again positive. I am so confused and upset. I still have blood but only when i wipe and absolutely no pain. Has anyone else been through similar? I am so confused and have no idea where to turn. Thank you for reading x
