It’s possible that your depo was administered incorrectly. If the full dose is not injected into the proper location, it can dissipate quicker than the 3 month frame and… voila.

Not only is that showing as positive but that's a dye stealer suggesting very high levels of hcg 😬 Go get yourself some more tests cheap ones will do
