What should I do?

I am overwhelmed and can't make a decision . a) I have a ton of laundry to iron. b)I need to clean the house. c)I need to exercise (usually an hour). d) else My baby is asleep now.What do I do?

Do you HAVE to iron? I thought we all agreed ironing is only for special occasions 😂 Clean the house. Put on some good music and get active with it. Do squats and lunges while you pick things up. Do jumping jacks in between chores. Be creative! Then you've knocked two things off of your list in one go.

Agree with the above comment workout while you clean and if some time left after you've finished do a proper little workout after.

I agree with above. Clean the house while exercising. Any movement is good movement!

When I feel like that I normally eat a crisp sandwich and watch Eastenders lol It’s definitely the best option here! 😂

Cleaning the house for me IS exercise - on a day I clean I can hit my goal of 10k steps a day easily compared to another day where I’m taking my son to a playcentre etc. all that sweeping, mopping vacuuming scrubbing things, doing laundry hanging it up- moves our bodies and ups the daily steps and gives us exercise. That’s why I’ve also come to like mowing the lawn when I used to hate it- I now tell myself it’s exercise and I get a nice tan while doing it 😂 Washing/vacuuming my cars too 😂 I get so tired after that. As for ironing I only iron Hubbys button shirts- anything that’s mine or satin/silk and creased gets the handheld steamer, much quicker too. Start cleaning hun it’s also exercise Xx
