Outgrown changing table and changing pads
My daughter outgrew these both and I’ve just been changing her on the floor, bed or couch. Do the rest of you do this? Is there changing pads that are sized for toddlers?

Well, a single doggy pads rather. Change it if it gets poo on it or if the underside gets torn. And by that I mean toss it
We change wherever lol

We use doggy pads underneath him . As in puppy training pads. They catch anything underneath if you're changing and it happens to be a poopy and some gets on the pad, you can fold up where it's gotten on the pad
