Cmpa poo
Anyone else’s lo on nutramigen and have really explosive nappy’s? Like watery, I wake up to this every morning and it’s really watery that it’s going straight up his back. He’s only 8 weeks so just wanted to know is these poos normal?

My little girls are we have been on it 3 weeks, I wrote on here the other day actually about it but I have spoke to my health visitor since and she said it's normal for the first few weeks whilst they get used to the formula and swap over from previous formula she said give about 6 weeks and they should get better, although with nutramigen they will be looser stools all the time they shouldn't be so explosive and watery after a good few weeks on it xx

So we’re on sma althera and my baby was super constipated before and now she also has really loose stools. I asked the GP at our milk review and she said if it’s like curry sauce texture it’s okay but more watery would be a concern How long have they been on the milk because it can take a couple of weeks to settle
