Slacker boob

How do I fix this? I’ve tried everything like powerpumping different flanges, replacing parts etc. I pump 5 times a day for 30 mins.

My lactation consultant said that some breasts are just like this, I dunno how true it is but she said it was due to some ducts just being different in each breast? Is it worth adding an extra pump on JUST the slacker in the day?

I mostly exclusively breast pump But on occasion I’ll nurse directly. I only breast-feed on my left boob first now and I think that that has helped a lot. I’ll wear a haaka ladybug to collect the letdown on my right boob and that usually gives me 3 oz from letdown and if baby has emptied the left boob completely and still hungry then I’ll offer the right boob

Gonna start by saying this is normal. My slacker boob is my left if i pump im lucky to get an oz You can power pump on just that side, but if youre not low supply you dont need to. As long as baby is getting enough it doesnt matter xx

Everyone has a boob that slacks for sure! Try putting some of your babies saliva on your nipple before you pump. Their saliva has chemicals that interact with your nipple to basically adjust and turn on the milk!
