Advise with bleeding

I had a scan on Monday 6 week 2 days measuring 6 weeks 1 day. With a heart beat. Such a relief after a mmc in July. Yesterday & overnight I have started to bleed - it’s been light to dark & now it’s eased off. It started as spotting & then got a bit heavier. I called the EPU & they said because I was scanned on Monday it’s best to wait until next week to re scan. Has anyone had bleeding & been okay??? I’m so scared!!!!& tempted to book a private scan
