Daily routine

Hellooo :) Could you please tell me about your daily routine for a 10 month old? I am quite struggling with transitioning from 2 naps to 1, and when to give her bottle. My little girl has started to fight against the second nap, but also, because she is getting tired around 10:30in the morning, she needs the nap. Also she needs one in the afternoon otherwise she would have start being fussy around 2pm. Her bedtime is around 6:00pm, and she sleeps until 6 in the morning. We have tried to push her bed time to later, but she still wakes up early. Also, she only falls asleep in my arm, with a bottle. She still has 4 bottles a day, but she has also 2 main meal, and snacks. What is your routine? Do you give breakfast first in the morning? My LG loves water, but she doesn’t drink that much that I would think is enough to keep her hydrated until her next bottle? I said I will listen to my baby, what she wants and when she needs it, but our HV put a bug in my ear that we should reduce the bottles now and the naps as well…

My 10m old routine 7am- wake and bottle 8:30am- breakfast 09:30am- nap (1hour 20) 11:30am- bottle (trying to drop this one but struggling) 12:45pm-13:00pm - lunch 14:00pm - nap (1hour 30) 15:30pm - bottle 17:00pm - tea 18:30pm - bath bottle bed 19:00pm - normally in cot ready to sleep Wakes once in the night and then up at 7am x

6am wake and bottle 7.30am breakfast 9ish nap (1 1/2 hours) 11.30-12 lunch 1pm bottle 1.30pm nap (1 1/2 hours) 5ish dinner 6.30pm bottle 7pm in bed and ready to sleep. But we've been all over the place at the minute as he's getting over a chest infection. Some days he doesn't want the middle of the day bottle some he does.

Everything I’ve read says two naps per day is normal until 13-18 months, which I was glad about because nap transitions are the hardest!

We do (roughly): 7:30 wake & nurse 9:30 solid food 11:00 nap 12:30 wake & nurse 14:30 solid food 15:30 nap 18:00 solid food 19:30 nurse 20:00 bed

Wake- 8:30am Breakfast- 9:30am Bottle-11am Nap-11:30am-12:15pm Lunch-1pm Bottle-3pm Nap-4-5pm Dinner-6pm Bottle-8pm Bed-9pm (Late bedtime and wake up at the moment but with clocks changing soon It’ll go to earlier and work out for us 🤞🏽)

@Alice very similar to us!! reassures me lol I am planning the exact same with the clocks 😂 8am wake 8.45am breakfast 10.45/11am bottle 11.15am nap til 12.30 ish 1.30pm lunch 3.30pm bottle 4pm-4.45/5pm nap 6.15pm dinner 8.15pm bottle 8.45pm bed
