Lifelong?

Iv had PVP and sciatica and diastasis recti which is contributing to the pain as my core muscles arnt supporting well etc. I’m now 34 weeks and it’s got so bad I’m having moments of physically not being able to walk. The pain of walking putting one foot in front of the other can be agony but then other times not so bad. I’m starting to worry about long term effects of this and feel my pelvis surely can never recover fully from this. Anybody got advice for long term recovery? Iv got a physio who has given me lots but doesn’t really help - the belts don’t seem to work as I’m not on my feet long enough for it to be worth putting on and off every time. I’m also scared for birth and how this will impact that - I can’t really open my legs for long!

My PGP/SPD completely disappeared after having my little girl. My partner is a physio and he recommended post natal pilates to strengthen all muscles in that area. As for birth - i had an epidural in the end so couldnt feel any pain anyway, but my physio this time (not my partner haha) recommended not giving birth on my back (which ive heard is unnatural anyway) and to go for all fours or squatting/stool instead.
