Not talking
My daughter isn't talking yet. She babbles vowel sounds. No hard letters. Will say ma but never adds the m on the end. And that's it. She's 16.5 months. The HV don't seem overly concerned. I am getting worried though. She walks well. And sometimes points to thing but shows me if she wants something. We read all the time. I do repetitive sounds. I don't know what else to try. Anyone else in a similar position?

Yep same here and apparently by me encouraging my son to do things I’m forcing him to learn and am being aggressive! Honestly I give up with this app now because I can see someone else have similar struggles and their post will generate a lot of positive responses while I get the complete opposite! SMH. But yeah my son is the same

I wouldn’t worry too much, my daughter is talking a lot but she isn’t walking yet and I feel like she’s a really late walker ! I think they either do one or the other first she also didn’t start crawling until she was like 11 months old
