Restricted placental bloodflow

I'm 34 weeks, and I had an ultrasound last Friday where they discovered that the blood flow from my placenta to my baby boy is a little restricted. I'm getting another ultrasound this Friday to check in on it. They didn't seem too concerned but I can't help but worry for my baby. Thankfully, so far, his movements have all been normal. I was wondering if anyone else has had this in their pregnancies and what happened. Did it resolve itself, or did you need to give birth early etc? How worried should I be?

This happened to me with my twin A he had elevated restricted. They monitored me in the hospital for 3 days to made sure it was alright. It got better with the steroid shots but then the following week went back to how it was. They get really worried when it becomes a reverse flow that would call for immediate delivery. I did end up delivering my twins early at 32+2 due to the blood flow and my twin a having severe SIUGR

my best friend had this at 34 weeks, she had to be monitored every 2 days for 2 weeks then they found preeclampsia too so she was induced and had her little girl at 36 + 2 xx
