I'm pumping roughly every 4 hours sometimes more during the day less at night depends on how much he's eaten my sons only 5 days old though so it's still a work in progress
@Teela how many ounces are you getting ? And do you latch him too or no
I’m trying to pump every 3-4 hours and at night I put the haaka on the breast I’m not nursing my daughter on. If I have energy, I will pump at night but it’s not the most consistent. I get roughly 2-2.5 oz per breast in the morning and during the day/closer to night time 1-1.5 oz per breast. It honestly just depends on how much she’s eating off the breast cause I have also been feeding her with a bottle due to her latch not being the best.

I exclusively pump so in pumping every 2 to 3 hours and usually try to pump 1x at night. I also power pump 1x a day I usually get 4 to 5oz per side
