In tears - reflux
Currently sitting here in tears. Baby’s silent reflux is getting worse and she’s waking up swallowing and distressed hours later. I don’t know what to do, I feel so lost and sad to see her uncomfortable

Sending you lots of love. I understand what you’re going through. My little one only sleeps on his tummy on me—not ideal, but at least he sleeps. Stay strong!
Really recommend the book/audio book “Why infant reflux matters” as it massively helped me figure out what was causing my little ones reflux and pretty much stop it completely
The only thing that solved my baby's reflux (it was really bad) was Famotidine. Please talk to your pediatrician to see if it's a good fit.
