Humping

Hi yall. I know it’s developmentally appropriate, but it makes me so uncomfortable especially when she does it on me. Please tell me I’m not alone 😭

Haha my toddler does it to. Specially when unwinding and ready for bed grabs my arm and humps 😂

Mom of two boys who both do it. I was able to teach my oldest by 2.5 that this was something that was only to be done in complete privacy (took a little while for him to really understand). My youngest doesn’t understand yet, but I always redirect him to something else or physically remove him if he’s attempting to do it on me. I can totally understand that uncomfortable feeling for sure though..

My 17m old does it too lol happy to know it’s a regular thing. Doesn’t bother me I just see it as something he’ll grow out of. Also he only does it when he’s in his crib and excited or just comfortable

It’s a soothing thing that they do and isn’t sexual at all. My son has done this since 3m old.

Mine humps my head when we play fight. It’s hilarious! I’ll just teach him when he can understand that he can do it at home and not outside (it’s only ever happened at home)
