Toddler night feeds?

Anyone else’s toddler waking up for night feeds? My LB is 34m and still wants milk in the night. As a parent, I don’t want him to completely stop drinking it, but definitely the night feeds need to stop soon or later. Im still sleep deprived from it😭

Maybe add baby oatmeal or baby rice to the milk, I did that for my babies when they were way younger so I could sleep sometimes. If you want to do it yourself get oatmeal or rice and blend it up into a powder like form. It will at least get them through the night until he gets older and has more nutrient dense solid dinners. 🩷🤷🏾‍♀️

Replace milk with water it’ll be a rough couple nights but he’ll get over it

Yeah he'll grow out of it. It's a soother for him.

@Yaya second the oatmeal with milk . 🤌🏾 Game 👏🏾 changer 👏🏾

Mine used to have it as well waking up a few times, just for the milk then I replaced it with water. A few nights he asked and cried a bit, and then he forgot.

My son just stopped drinking milk altogether at 12 months even now he won’t drink it, he just has water. Think you need to go cold turkey

If you’re breastfeeding, I’d just bring him back to bed with you when he wakes up do some side laying feeding so you can catch some zzzzs too.

We read “Nursies when the Sun Shines,” which helped. Also, lots of talking about sleep, like how to fall back asleep, and why it’s important to sleep without nursing for mama and LO.
